There are 3 inspectors who are in charge of the production quality in the processes of the manufacture which are included IQC PQC & OQC. 

All products must be produced on the basis of strict compliance with the process specifications, which specifies everything in detail for the production procedures, inspection methods and inspection frequency, it effectively ensures that there is little error in the production processes. At the same time, the company has always implemented the management of 6S and lean production system, they are greatly keeping a orderly production site for us, which help us to distinguish the defect parts easily without mixing.

- Where are your customers from?

Most of our customers are from North America and Europe.

- Which are the near ports?

We are located in Ningbo, there are 40minutes driving from my company to Ningbo port and 2.5 hours to Shaighai port.

- Will you ask for sample charge?

For the general samples are free, for the big value ones, we will ask for sample fee in advance and refund upon total production order increasing to USD5,000.
